It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Musu Hannah Brown Sando which occurred on January 11, 2024, at the WellStar Cobb Hospital, Austell, Georgia. Musu was the daughter of the Late Deacon Jerry C. Brown, Sr. and Deaconess Cora Chesson Brown. She was born in the City of Brewerville, Liberia, and worked with Liberian Immigration and Naturalization Bureau where she served as Deputy Commander for Immigration from 1976 - 1993.

Musu was the beloved wife of the Late Circuit Criminal Court Judge, Joseph B. Sando. She is survived by her children: Christiana Musam Bull, Noma Sei Sando, Baldboy Sando, Yatta Sando and Lasana G. Sando; Granddaughters: Jonalynn Samaria Barcon, Nomani Sando, Sadatu Karneh, Ayomide Alao, Rosetta Curtis, Mohammed Kabba, Famatta Sando, Jenneh M. Sando and Musu Sando. Sisters: Rev. Dr. Cllr. Pearl Brown Bull, Joyce Pinchύ Brown Armah (James), and Sharon Brown; brothers: Jerry C. Brown, II (Lisa), George Brown (Rachel), and Albert Brown; an aunt: Bishop Mother Rachel Chesson Brown; and several nieces and nephews. Also mourning her loss are: The Brown, Chesson, Baxter, Watson, Outland and Sando families along with a host of cherished friends.

Musu was predeceased by her siblings: Edna V. Brown, Lillian Brown Kamara, Pioneer Brown Banks, Samuel Brown and Roseline Brown.
